Senior Specialist, Publishing Operations. This is a unique
opportunity to provide strategic, operational, and programming
support to our Strategy team. You'd be responsible for helping
manage and implement the Publishing roadmap, focusing on supporting
the initiatives of our Publishing teams, bolstering their output by
aligning with leadership goals and priorities, coordinating team
workflows, and making recommendations to improve efficacy across
the larger Publishing department.The successful candidate will have
the ability to manage multiple projects, create dynamic plans for a
variety of disciplines, and synthesize the needs of disparate teams
and objectives to create an aligned, tangible, and trackable
project flow for leadership. They will share Rockstar Games'

high-quality output.This is a full-time, in-office position based
out of Rockstar's NYC headquarters in Downtown Manhattan.WHAT WE
DO
- The Rockstar Games Strategy team partners with teams across
Rockstar, including Publishing, Development, Business Development
and Partnerships, Marketing, and Consumer Insights & Analytics, on
evaluating new opportunities and leading strategic projects for
Rockstar.
- Using research, industry knowledge, and analysis, we track
ongoing developments across the interactive entertainment industry
and support ongoing and new initiatives for departments across the
organization.RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop a clear understanding of Publishing team workflows to
synchronize projects to ensure they are delivered and
impactful.
- Support all Publishing efforts driven by team leads including
the coordination and execution of key activities and campaigns
throughout the year.
- Ensure the leadership team including the Director of Live
Service Planning are aware of key upcoming decisions and have
access to the appropriate detail and context to make those
decisions, establishing touchpoints with clear objectives and
outcomes aligned with the team's strategic priorities.
- Create and maintain dynamic project tracking that serves as the
central source of truth for our Publishing Planning workflow.
- Establish a light-touch, but effective tracking mechanism
highlighting the status, next steps, and escalation paths for
projects & campaigns.
- Ensure success metrics are established and tracked for all key
projects.
- Establish an ongoing process for documentation and publication
of key project results using Confluence and other tools.
- Work closely with both senior leadership and delivery teams to
prioritize cross-functional requirements, identify dependencies,
and manage strategic roadmaps for projects
accordingly.QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years of project management & operations experience with an
emphasis on entertainment, tech, and strategy.
- Proven track record of driving and completing successful
campaigns and/or other strategic initiatives.SKILLS
- Exceptional planning, communication, and interpersonal
abilities.
- A thoughtful approach to all facets of work, with a genuine
desire to achieve the best possible results, and above all,
continue to learn.
- An acute awareness of how to achieve wide-scale visibility
across the media and social platform landscape.
- A detail-oriented and organized approach to both autonomous and
team-based workflows.
- Ability to remain calm, cool, and collected in high-pressure
scenarios, ultimately bringing a positive, solutions-oriented
attitude to all interactions.
- Experience with project management and communication tools

position in New York State (inclusive of New York City) at the
start of employment is expected to be between $98,000 - $133,000
USD per year. However, base pay offered is based on market
location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors
for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills,
