Job Description:
A company is looking for an Oracle Cloud Benefits Functional
Consultant to lead the benefits open enrollment process and
implement customizations in Oracle Cloud Benefits.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the benefits open enrollment process and gather requirements
for customizations
Conduct fit-gap analysis and manage the Change Request Process
(CRP), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and System Integration
Testing (SIT)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful
implementation and integration with benefits partners
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or
computer science
At least 5 years of experience in benefits administration and
Oracle Cloud HCM Benefits
Strong technical skills in Oracle Cloud HCM Benefits and benefits
administration modules
Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing projects
