Modis is currently seeking a Junior Analyst - Broadridge/ ADP experience for a unique contract opportunity that is in Jersey City, NJ.  You will assist in trade support, trade balancing, and making sure all trades are secure.
 
Job Title: Junior Analyst  
Length:  1/5/15- 7/4/15
Location: Jersey City, NJ
 
Responsibilities
• Providing trade support
• Responsible for identifying and reporting all trade discrepancies and help resolve issues
• Balancing of all Intercompany accounts is performed daily to avoid any potential market exposure/risk
• Participate in trade balancing by using Broadridge reports vs NSCC Contract and Correspondent reports
• Provide training other team members
 
Education and Experience
• Candidate should have in-depth knowledge of Broadridge ADP/BPS (for trade balancing)
• Capital Markets experience
• Knowledge of risk management policies to ensure departmental activity is in compliance with audit and regulations
• Excellent communication and able to interact with trading desk, clients, and middle office
 
Nice to have
 
• Knowledge of all regulatory requirements and financial risks associated with domestic and foreign trading is a plus
