Housing Works fights for funding and legislation to ensure that all
people living with HIV/AIDS have access to quality housing,
healthcare, HIV prevention, and treatment, among other lifesaving
services.

Compensation Range: $18/hr - $21/hr commensurate with
experience
Overview:
The Residential Aide Supervisor (RAS) ensures the wellbeing and
safety of the program's clients and staff during their shift and
supervises the RA staff so they can achieve the same goal. The RAS
provides crisis intervention as needed to maintain residential
safety and security. The RAS works with clinical and program to
help promote a safe and secure environment for our clients and
encourages our clients to adhere to the Residential Code of Conduct
and House Rules so that they can participate in the program in a
healthy and safe manner.
