Job Description:

We are seeking a Shipping Clerk (Forklift Operator) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working collaboratively, and has a keen eye for detail in shipping and inventory operations.

Location: Horsham, PA
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $16.50 - 18.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Unpack, inspect, and route incoming shipments while managing damages and shortages.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, perform cycle counting, and ensure proper organization of materials.
• Oversee outbound shipments, including packaging, documentation, and arranging transportation.
• Utilize UPS/FedEx software for shipment tracking and reporting.
• Operate forklifts and hand trucks to move materials within the facility.
• Keep the work area clean and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2-4 years of experience in shipping/receiving, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency with UPS/FedEx shipping software.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work in a team setting.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work occasional overtime as needed. Why Join Us?
