Title: Communications Consultant
Job Type: Fulltime/Contract on W2
Duration: 3+Months
Locations: Princeton, New Jersey - Hybrid
As a Communications Consultant, you will:

Manage multiple projects, including RFPs, simultaneously and effectively document processes, report status, resolve problems, and recommend solutions in a consultative role
Lead kickoff calls to gather critical information and determine the best strategy in response to proposal requests
Understand customer/prospect strategic drivers and craft compelling messages that position the company as a best-in-class provider
Independently edit and enhance executive summaries or proposals to align with client-specific needs and outcomes
Recommend solutions backed by evidence to support the value proposition
Integrate customer insight and storytelling throughout proposals
Edit draft proposal responses for high customization and consistent inclusion of win themes
Add compelling visuals and graphics to enhance proposal presentation

The ideal candidate will have:Experience in Public Relations, Media Relations, or Corporate Communications experience
Strong experience managing communications projects, particularly RFPs and proposals
Excellent editing, writing, and storytelling skills with attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
Understanding of communication compliance requirements and organizational policies
A consultative and strategic mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Proficiency in integrating visuals and graphics into communication deliverables

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: Between $45- 55per hour>
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
